Licensing Agreement and terms when purchasing from GreekClothingCo Customers assume responsibility for following their Chapter guidelines when it comes to buying merchandise. We are licensed for over 125 Greek Organizations – Please visit our Licensed Group page to validate we’re licensed for your Fraternity or Sorority (https://www.greekclothingco.com/licensed-organizations/). If you place an order and we are not licensed for the organization, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
What is the standard manufacturing time? Our standard manufacturing time is 7 – 10 Business Days (this does not include shipping time). You can upgrade your manufacturing time to expedite the process by emailing / calling customer service to ensure delivery of specific items by needed date. Any orders placed after 10:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day (we “batch our orders daily at 10:00 pm). If you are ordering multiple items and need 1 of them in a hurry, please place two separate orders. If you are concerned about production / shipping times please call us prior to placing your order.
What are the shipping times? We offer different shipping options to accommodate your needs and list the shipping time window during the checkout page. We are not responsible for variables such as weather, logistic issues on behalf of UPS or USPS, or any other variable outside of our control. How do I track my order? You can track your order via our website (GreekClothingCo.com) by logging into your account and clicking on the link / tracking number. Or, you can copy / paste your tracking # into the carriers website.
Shipping, Incorrect Addresses, and Undelivered Packages: Complete and accurate addresses are critical if you are going to receive your package in time. There is a $15 processing fee for every package that is returned and needs to be reprocessed. You will also be responsible for the shipping fees to mail the package back to you if there are changes needed to the address and / or incomplete addresses input by customer. We are not responsible for missed events or late arrival of product due to incomplete addresses, undelivered packages, or logistical issues on behalf of the shipping company chosen.
Do we charge sales tax? We collect sales tax in any / all states that require us to do so. Our website is setup to collect taxes to ensure we are compliant with state and federal tax laws. Sales tax is calculated once you key in your address during the checkout process. You will be able to see the tax due prior to placing your order. All taxes collected go towards paying our taxes due.
Has my order been accepted? You will receive an emailed receipt after your purchase is completed. This is just confirming the information and amount charged, but this doesn’t mean there aren’t any questions or errors. While this is very rare, sometimes items are discontinued, pricing errors occur, etc. If there are any issues with your order we will reach you immediately to ensure there are no hangups. Greek Clothing Company LLC. reserves the right to cancel any items or orders due to product availability, pricing errors, description discrepancies, etc.
Can I cancel my order? Once an order has been processed it can be canceled, but will be subject to a 30% restocking (processing occurs at 10:00 pm PST daily). The reason is, we’re trying to minimize our production time and expedite your order. Any orders that are canceled or returned will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and subject to the policies outlined throughout the FAQ’s and Return Policy pages.
Can I change my order? Due to digitizing, ordering merchandise, and production process any changes to your order must be made prior to the order being processed (orders are processed at 10:00 pm PST on a daily basis). We always try and accommodate your needs.
Coupons: Only 1 coupon code per transaction. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to invalid coupons or coding errors with a specific coupon code. Bulk discounts are automatically applied during checkout and can be combined with only 1 coupon code. Individual coupon codes cannot be used together; pick the coupon code with the greatest discount and apply it to your order.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are available and can be purchased via website or through our customer service phone #. You can redeem multiple gift cards at a time,; key in the gift card number, hit apply, and then key in our next gift card number, press apply – repeat for the gift cards you want to redeem.
Wholesale Accounts: Wholesale accounts are handled case by case and are assessed by volume; the more volume you produce the greater the discount. Please call or email to setup your account today.
